Beautiful to wake up and the first thing I see is a blue sky and the first thing I hear is music. I toss and turn, my consciousness between sleep and song until I greet the day.

Somehow I end up back in bed, tangled up in my blanket, headed swiftly into the Land of Nod  (which has other interesting implications, aside from sleep).

When I awake I find it is a lot easier to release and I catch up on the two days I missed here on Amy’s Bleeding Heart.

I journal and try writing with my eyes closed.

I leave the house for awhile and get grounded.

It was a day where there the events were ordinary but the energies were like wearing soft fabrics. Cozy, made getting through the day really lovely. A bit like having a blanky with you all day.

Confession:
I can be impatient.

Oracle:
No particular sign, just good vibrations. 

Body: 
Gym. Really yummy pasta. 

Virtue/Vice: 
Virtue: Time with my body, giving myself time, breaking my own rules. 

Vice: Hmm… I could be less of a hard ass lol. And I could balance my crazy.

Relinquish: 
Parts of my crazy that do not serve me.

Being yourself. 

Structure: 
Napping, working out, blogging.
